Selection -
Click anywhere on the month element (the calendar grid) to select it. If you have
a calendar with mini-calendars, you have three month elements. You will need to do
these one at a time. First click once anywhere on the main month element, then proceed
to the procedure in the next paragraph below. Second, click once anywhere on one
of the mini-calendars, then perform the following procedure. Third, click on the
other mini-calendar, then perform the following procedure. A similar series is needed
if you have a bi-monthly calendar - two month elements; a bi-monthly calendar with
mini-calendars - four month elements; or a 12-month calendar on one page - 12 month
elements. Note: it is necessary to click on a month element so that the Inspector
will know which month element you wish to change.
Procedure-

Open the Inspector to the fourth pane, Grid Settings. Select the Appearance tab.
In the Weekdays section there are 7 square checkboxes. Uncheck the boxes for Sunday
and Saturday (or whatever days you don't want). If you want, you can make a calendar
of just Fridays by unchecking all the days except Friday.
Note: It is a good idea to also change the first day of the week to a day that is
valid. That is, if you turn off Saturday and Sunday, change the first day of the
week from Sunday to Monday. |
