Simple To Extraordinary
The calendars you can make with CalendarMaker are amazing and the variations are
almost limitless. To start off making your calendars, you can use one of the great
templates that are included. CalendarMaker's templates range from simple but tasteful
all the way up to eye popping full color professional like you bought it at the store.
You don't have to stop with the templates though. You can change anything you want
after you pick a template... or even make your own monthly, bi-monthly or annual
calendar entirely from scratch. And when you have your calendar just the way you
like it... make it a template, too!
An Event for All Occasions
Of course a calendar is nothing without events. When is the next game? The party
is when? You can make and edit events, set them to repeat if needed and then print
out your calendars and stick them on the break room bulletin board or e-mail them
to friends and family.
CalendarMaker 5 now has support for multi-day all-day events that make it super easy
to add things like vacations or conferences to calendars. And you can completely
customize the look of your events and add pictures to them as well. |

Something Old, Something New
If you used CalendarMaker 4, it is simple to move to the new CalendarMaker 5. Just
make a new calendar document in CalendarMaker 5 and then import your events and pictures
from CalendarMaker 4 files. If you had custom event list files you used with CalendarMaker
4, CalendarMaker 5 will import those, too.
CalendarMaker meets iCal and Address Book
CalendarMaker 5 has an expanded ability to import events from other applications.
CalendarMaker can now import events from your Apple iCal calendars or birthdays from
Apple's Address Book.
Spread the Word
Of course making your calendars is just the start, you will also want to share them.
You can print your calendars, of course, or print to PDF. You can also export your
calendars to HTML or publish them directly to your .Mac account*. You can also copy
elements directly from your calendars and place them in your favorite page layout
applications to even more seamlessly integrate your calendars into your newsletters
or other publications. |
